We only applied for No 10 this year but all our flats are managed to the same high standard.Owners response: "This was the first year of opening the new apartments with some apartments only opening just before the summer. We are now adding things like extra mirrors and shelves which holidaymakers pointed out would be helpful. We really welcome the feedback, which helps us to continually improve peoples’ stay with us."
